• Responsible of editing, proofreading and approving all Arabic content (Articles/ Festivals microsites content /Events/Video copy/ Campaigns banners creatives, Youtube video descriptions, scripts…)
• Assisted in the developing of REAL TIME content feeds for special media and owned media on what is happening at Dubai via real-time team. (Festivals coverage, Interviews, new hotels/Restaurants/Attractions openings).
• Collaborated with content / copy writers, subject matter experts and content creators of all types and/or third party vendors to deliver against content strategies (Tripadvisor, Yahoo, Expedia, hotels.com, Cheaptickets, regional Online Travel agencies…etc).
• Managed the relationship with Dubai Tourism overseas offices and worked closely with them to enable all DTCM assets are populated with the right content at the right time to major strategic partners/ Hotels/ OTAs across all markets.
• Contributed to the creation of interactive experiences built around gamification, touch screens, gestures control, interactive video at installations setup at airports and high traffic locations such as museums, theatre, games, application.
• Managed the Dubai Tourism brand center (Content upload/ Partners accounts creation /Workflow and assets approval processes and assets distribution internally and externally through Bynder DAM: https://dubaitourism.getbynder.com/login/
• Content Customization: Assisted in creating initiatives with bloggers, celebrities, photographers, videographers, Dubai visitors to create UGC
• Worked closely with DTCM stakeholders to ensure their feedback is incorporated in the content strategy and development
• Managed campaigns photoshoots/Talents for DSF and DFF to produce high quality images for editorial use and distribution across all platforms.

• Responsible of covering all events in the school (Inviting media, writing press releases and monitoring the coverage in the newspapers).

• Assist students in getting permission for shooting outside Campus from Dubai Film Commission.

• Editor in chief for the Arabic MBRSC Post (Online Newspaper for the communication school). Responsible of a team of more than 20 students where I assign stories and make sure all events on campus are covered. I edit the Arabic version and follow up in order to have a full weekly edition for both English and Arabic versions. Also I maintain the design with the help of a web developer.

• Coordinate with all departments to schedule interviews with faculty and staff in order to facilitate the communication within the AUD Community.
• Organized trips for students to leading TVs and newspapers (MBC, Dubai TV, the national...) and government (Dubai Police..etc) to enrich their knowledge and experience.
