• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for vendors, resolving inquiries and maintaining strong business
relationships.
• Record invoices using 3 way matching, inquire for any differences from relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and record vendor payments as per due date, ensuring POT (paid on time) KPI is achieved.
• Prepare, publish and maintain monthly accruals as necessary.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules to be submitted for review to the department.
• Monitor vendor advance payments and ensure timely closure as per the internal KPI.
• Prepare monthly report on actual VS budgeted OPEX expenses.
• Support in preparation of monthly FS as required.
• Analysis and preparation of monthly accruals.
• Prepare & submit VAT return for 2 entities.
• Support external audit activities by providing financial documentation, reconciliations, and responding to audit inquiries.
• Prepare & submit monthly WHT return.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Review the data entry in ERP system for the local accountant.
• Assist and train new accountants (CO-OP, Tamher).
• Prepare and analyze customer profitability reports to support business decision-making

• Recording of Invoices and Payment transactions.
• Review and recording of Petty Cash transactions.
• Take part in periodic stock counts.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monthly / year-end closing.
• Support with external audit requirements.
• Maintain vendor statements and reconciliation for both local and foreign vendors.
• Review and initiate new bank beneficiary creation (Local / Foreign).
• Review payroll calculation and Post ERP system.
• Support with external audit requirements.
