Building Lead: Executed Code A awarded buildings across four packages, currently under construction.

Stakeholder Coordination: Managed deliverables for high-profile clients including China Harbor, El Seif, Hassan Allam, and Red Sea Global.

- Ministry of Defense HQ (Riyadh, KSA)
Design Review & Estimation: Conducted multi-building design reviews, including pricing and quantitative Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- ICT & Security Consultancy Centers (Al Ula, KSA)
Fast-Track Lead: Managed the design and execution of two buildings within a five-building Data Center campus.

Technical Integration: Synchronized MEP, acoustic, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) trades to ensure mission-critical integrity.

- NEOM Cosmic Gate (KSA)
Technical Design: Resolved complex "bulbous" geometry challenges, managing wall types and spatial allocation under tight submittal pressure.

- NEOM Gulf of Aqaba - Base Economy Asset (KSA)
Urban Development: Contributed to Stage 3A concept design for a major accommodation hub, including housing, hospital, mosque, and helipad.

- Padel Court & Parking Facility (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Lead Designer: Designed a three-story parking facility with rooftop sports courts.

Environmental Engineering: Devised a specialized system to redirect pollution away from athletic areas to ensure a healthy environment.

Freelancing architecture for individual projects and clients in addition to helping university students and tutoring.

On site research and day to day interactions with residents in karm el zaytoun. Data collection from the residents: asking what the area lacked, needed, how it evolved now and from the war/covid/economic collapse. ArchiCAD perspectives and findings developed drawings.
