• Co-ordination of Facilities Management Solutions for master projects like Wasl properties.
• Raising requests for quotations to suppliers and evaluating quotations to issue Purchase Orders
• Raising Minor Procurement Requisitions for budgeted work and coordinating with the Commercial and Contracting Department.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors till completion of the work for raised Purchase Orders.
• Update records on yearly contracts with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and material delivery.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing clients and payment release to suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports via weekly and monthly reports to property management.
• Maintain and update files of clients consisting of proposal approvals and invoices
• Undertake contract management, report and analyzes performance using service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Co-ordination of all hard services and soft services
• Coordinate with Human Resource and IT department for all staff and office related queries.
• Monitor procedures related to policy, quality and health safety, and environment.
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Purchases materials and services by obtaining requirements, negotiating price,
quality, and delivery, approving invoices
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Contact and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding applications of all aspects of recruitment.
• Coordinate and liaise with external consultants for training needs and arrange training schedules for employees.
• Tracking status of incoming shipments and coordinating the delivery of materials.
• Follow up with the Schools on the implementation of Yardstick program and prepare reports
• Analyzing software design documents to identify test scope and strategy
• Coordinate with development team on update of defects and its fixes.
• Reporting bugs in Microsoft Team foundation server
• Verify the fixed bugs and close those bugs during regression test cycle
• Prepare defect status reports and delivery it to the manager and clients on time.
• Execute different types of software testing such as Black Box Testing, Functional Testing
• Testing in web and windows applications
• Delivering structured reports to managers and client on time
• Manage requirement analysis meetings, review meetings and defect assessment meetings.
