• Work closely with the product management team and feedback regional trends, any perceived gaps and assist with product roadmap and strategy
• Uses in-depth IoT product knowledge to provide technical expertise to B2B team and customers through product demonstrations/documentations

• Expertise in Big Data (AI/machine learning, big data technologies, data & integration methods, cloud concepts)
• Knowledge of architectural concepts including big data clustered computing, cloud, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration.
• Provide technical expertise in the area of Mobile Value Added Service Platforms (VASP).
• Legacy VAS service such as Messaging services (SMSC, MMSC & WAPGW, Bulk SMS), Telecom services (VMS, MCN, RBT), SIM and Device Management service, Location-based Service and Service Delivery Platform.
• Introduce new VAS Services and Technical solutions as per the Zain Roadmap in co-operation with the Marketing Product Management, O&M, IT and other units.
• Technically manage big VAS projects such as VAS Reload Project, which includes integration parts with many other core nodes and interaction with other stakeholders. Ensuring the delivery of score and requirements and safely reach a quality and closure of the project.

CPU Scheduling: This project has been achieved using C++.
