• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

1. Release MR (Material Release Form ) for the consumable material.
2. Release CF ( Consignment Form).
3. Make Supply request for the shortage materials.
4. Release Equipment form.
5. Release SRV (Store Receiving Voucher for all material that we delivered after checking the quantity and all details.
6.Follow up with suppliers and company freight forwarder to resolve issues and ensure material timely delivery
7.Compile and send out Requests For Quotation
8.Support resolution of invoicing or delivery issues with the supplier
9.Ensure required company HSE standards and governance are embedded in all purchases
10.Ensure purchases are made in accordance with approved contracting strategies and material supply agreements are utilized.
11. Prepare all materials that supervisor he required the site.
12. Prepare internal Gate passes for all cars that going out side with the materials.
13. Open Cold/Hot permit for all activities like refilling diesel for the equipment or for lifting procedure.
14. Inventory management.
15. keeping all material with a good condition by flow MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet) that show the right way for storage each material.
16.Release daily diesel report
-Mainly:-
1. Accepts and processes incoming stock and Spare parts.
2.Liaise with Parts manager to coordinate and manage parts transfers and stock differences.
3.Assist customer and reply to their queries.
4.Maintains up-to-date files for parts picking list, stock receive documents.
5.Packs and prepares orders for shipment.
6.Works closely with finance and after sales departments.
7.Follow up with clients and keep them updated of the delivery of their parts.
8.Preparation parts Quotation Register.
9.Perform cycle counts and inventory counts to ensure inventory quantities.
10. work on Fast system to choose the right part for each car.
11.Tracks shortages of ordered parts to ensure delivery.
12.loading and unloading of consignment.
13.picking, Handle and ensure all spare parts on the shelves with location ID .
1- Installation, commissioning and alignment of MW links to re-route sites in case of LOS issue.
2- Coordinate with team for spectrum analysis for internal and external interference.
3- Perform Preventive Maintenance.
4- Perform (FTK) installation.
5- Provide remote support to FLM teams and if possible remotely resolve the issue to reduce outage duration.
6-Administration duties for climbers and assign tasks to them.
7-install new microwave link with a 2G, 3G technology In deferent regain in Iraq .

Responsibilities at SCANIA
1. Receives and inspects all incoming parts and inspect physical condition of the incoming parts
2. Handle Parts picking and over the counter sales
3. Liaise with Parts manager to coordinate and manage parts transfers and stock differences
4. Prepare spare parts orders for replenishment of the stock and emergency orders
5. Assist customer and reply to their queries
6. Makes claim for damaged parts
7. Maintains up-to-date files for parts picking list, stock receive documents
8. Works closely with finance and after sales departments
9. Keep the warehouse arranged and properly labeled.
10. Follow up with clients and keep them updated of the delivery of their parts

1- Create a new environment for the storage of spare part depends on Coding and Cataloging.
2- work on closing inventory for 2015 and make solution for all spare part lost in this year by make analysis status for spare part depends on price and when the staff use it and for who, to distract the difference.
3- finish the process of update for all information for customer in auto master system after contact with call center to make new offer for them.
