• Work closely with the different territories to set their marketing plan and help execute different initiatives including event planning, email marketing, social media, directory listing and related offline activities.
• Managing the company’s social presence across all social platforms (planning, scheduling, engaging and coordinating content)
• Assisting with the execution of online marketing activities and campaigns according to the yearly plan (email marketing, etc.)
• Researching local and regional trade shows, conferences and events. Coordinating with suppliers and related team members on booking, booth branding, ROI and other related items.
• Producing marketing communications and regularly updating all communications to ensure they portray accurate and the most up to date information (communications include: company website, correspondence, online listings, brochures, flyers, posters, sales letters, presentations, and more
• Creating content for clients' business on social media channels
• Growing the clients' business through social media marketing (Youtube - Facebook - Instagram - Twitter)
• Meeting up communicating and following up with clients
• Managing all social media pages and Websites back-end
• Negotiating with prospective customers on buying/retaining products
• Documenting transactions and records through the CRM system
• Maintaining quality service by following organization standards
