• With the absence of my Manager I will be the responsible for inspiring the team to create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor
• It’s always required to guide the talent that provides technical support and training, while working with the business team
• Oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising which aways required to communicate with my manager or any line managers visited in the store.
• Actively build the teams through hiring, training, and developing team members in all disciplines by complying the company standards.
• Overseeing and managing operational store requirements
• Ensuring achievement of store KPIs and financial objectives
• Attending to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressed
• Dealing and placing orders with wholesalers; overseeing store finance and budgets
• Preparation of promotional materials and displays
Responsible of managing retail staff within a business. Coordinates on stocks delivery, store set up, staff rota, and assist customers &staff during the business hours.
Orient, train, monitor and evaluate the store staffs in their designated area assign.
Deal with the customer’s complaint, ordered, and staff problem.
Maintain the general tasks are up to the standard such as store level, ordering, product selection, product display and staff covered.
Operates cash register and process cash, debit cards and credit cards sales transaction.
Handles cash and receipt on sales merchandise by performing duties such as counting the floats, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing the cash.
Supervise the staff in all areas assign, stockroom ensuring that maintain duties and complete the performing duties such as cleaning, repelling stocks, ordering new items, display standard and staff on the floor.
Performs other related duties as required.
Help the team to work together and get the best results. Organize the team and workload ensuring the performance is kept to a real high standard. Implement the stocks control and security procedures.
Assist and coordinate staff to maintain merchandise and visual displayed standard.
Prepare work schedule of the staff to ensure sufficient staff on floor.
Responsible to do sales order to make sure of having enough stocks.
Protect company assets and ensure safety in work environment to established Loss and Prevention
Maintain the standard merchandise from the catalogs and sample distribute and consolidation of new collection. Prepare shop wise allocation and distribution plan item.
Motivate the staff towards the objectives and taking action to fix any problems on the team.
