- Implementing the HRIS for clients and assuring the payroll compliance with the country's tax and labor law (Lebanon, Kuwait, Syria, Oman).
- Aligning the HR setup with the related industry’s requirements: (Banking, Higher Education, Construction, Services, Food &Beverage, Media..)
- Providing consultancy on compensation & benefits and HR strategies
- Coordinating, scheduling and tracking the projects’ progress
- Training the users and providing the best practices of HRIS usage
- Providing the system's developers with the needed customizations' analysis
- Reporting the projects’ status to top management
- Training new consultants on the system
- Distributing tasks on team members and assigning resources for correspondent tasks
- Conducting demos and presales meetings
- Providing budgetary estimations and offers for prospects
- Advising students about the company’s products CPA, PHR, SPHR, IFRS & CSCP courses
- Registering students in the live courses
- Assisting students in the exam applications and registration procedures
- Ensuring passing rate enhancement
- Recruiting instructors for the live courses
- Setting class schedules
- Conducting the appropriate marketing activities and presentations to meet the sales target and conversion ratio
- Following up on individual leads
- Assisting the Business Manager in following up on corporate offers
- Organizing the records of inventory in the warehouses
- Supervising the products’ delivery to customers and controlling the quality of the delivered items
- Coordinating between head offices, shops and factory
- Supervising the sales resources in the stores
- Organizing exhibitions
- Advertising for job vacancies
- Scanning the received CVs
- Selecting qualified candidates
