At my current job I meet with clients and perform a full assessment of their anthropometric data using the body composition analysis machine and assess their nutritional needs. Based on the assessment outcome, I provide the clients with personalized diet plans or nutritional guidelines and/or help them subscribe to one of our food packages. I am familiar and knowledgeable in all therapeutic diets and weight management diets always updated based on new scientific findings. I also have experience in public speaking presentations as part of nutritional awareness campaigns.
In my role as Deputy General Manager, I train and supervise a team of 5 Dieticians and report directly to the General Manager. Other tasks include: meeting the sales objective of the company, maintaining the portfolio of our clients and their satisfaction, coming up with new diet plans and improving our menu.
I am responsible of taking in charge individuals struggling with weight loss and/or with medical conditions including coming up with a nutritional assessment of the case, communicating nutritional advice and health tips to the clients, providing them with adequate nutritional program and/or providing meals from the center.
The job also include some research on latest topics and working on some projects.
I am also part of the food safety team.
