Designs interiors for residentials, hotels, and offices. Prepares schematic designs, interior plan layout, and furniture selection. Responsible in checking fabrics, quantity of furniture, materials in accordance to the specification.
Responsible in the administration of building maintenance, building equipment (ex.: AHUs, Generators, etc.) and utility system of the shopping mall in which I supervised engineers and maintenance personnel and ensures that the execution and implementation of the scheduled maintenance is in accordance to the equipment operational manual and specifications. Responsible in the implementation of policies and guidelines for the construction of the leased store spaces in which I reviewed and approved construction drawings of the leased store spaces in accordance to the shopping mall guidelines and I evaluated the construction progress of the contractors of the leased store spaces until the completion, any deficiencies must be complied prior the approval of store opening.
Responsible in assisting the employer in selecting and approving designs, material requirement, and estimated cost proposed by the designer and attended meetings with the designer regarding the selection and approval of the proposed designs, materials and finishes as desired by the employer.
Design Experience included interior design services from schematic design phase up to the construction phase of each project like jewelry display, appliance display and pawnshop. Responsible mostly in assisting the employer of selecting fixtures, materials and finishes, also I coordinated and supervised the contractor’s implementation of the project as per approved specifications and designs.

Design experience included architectural services from schematic design phase up to the construction phase of the proposed project in which I also prepared complete construction drawings and bill of materials for the application of permits and licenses required by the various government agencies. Responsible in conducting regular meetings with the client and contractors regarding the construction progress of the project as per specifications and drawings.
Responsible in preparing of lectures, activities, projects, examination of the students as per the given syllabus from first to third year architecture students. Architecture subjects included are Architectural Design, Principles of Architecture, Building Materials and Utilities, Interior Design, and Theories of Architecture. I was also assigned as thesis adviser on the graduating students to render consultation and give additional input in their thesis proposals.
Responsible in preparation of construction drawings, cost estimates and bill of materials of assigned proposed projects including supervision of residential projects. Assigned as liaison officer and coordinated with the government agencies regarding the permits and licenses of the project.
