• Manages the files/documents and documentations at site ensuring proper filing system and control on all the documents at hand.
• Prepares the material approvals prior to the approval of the projects manager ensuring that it meets with the project specifications.
• Prepares the weekly progress reports for the purpose of monitoring the development of the project in accordance to the project program schedule.
• Prepares planning schedule of the project prior to the approval of the projects manager ensuring that all construction activities for the project are considered.
• Prepares the shop drawings of the project particularly the finishes (tileworks, partitions, false ceiling, etc.)
• Prepares the monthly payment invoices prior to the approval of the projects manager ensuring that it conforms to the progress reports.
• Prepares, implements and records QA/QC works ensuring that all work performed at site meets the project QA/QC requirements.
• Knowledgeable of ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 as the representative of the management in attaining its certifications
