• Supervises daily financial transactions of the company.
• Lead and manage a team of four professionals, including selection/hiring, objective setting, coaching, performance management and appraisal.
• Generates and prepares budget and project cost estimates.
• Monitors project costs and evaluates actual performance and variances versus budget.
• Prepares payroll of executive employees.
• Coordinates and reviews with tax accountant and tax consultant for tax reports and compliance reporting.
• Prepares financial statements and other management reports.
• Analyzes accounting records and documents for financial report development.
• Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting policies and financial reporting standards.
