- Reporting directly to the Deputy Country Manager/Sales Manager
- Preparing draft of quotations and contracts for clients
- Preparing contract renewals in a timely manner - Preparing Market Segmentation Report on a monthly basis
- Monitoring of new client’s incoming calls and forward to the Sales Consultant in turn and preparing a New Incoming Calls Report w/c submitted to the Country Manager on a weekly basis - Preparing Sales Statistics Report, calculation of new Sales Target and monitor progress of the Sales’ MBO during month-ends
- Preparing Sales Purchase Order on new closed offers on a daily basis
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Providing support to the Deputy on his day-to-day operation.
- Developing and Maintaining a filing system
- Inspection of New clients' premises
- Assisting in preparation of Tender Bids/ Documents
- Reporting directly to the Chairman’s Executive Partner Mr. Montaser Al Kuzbari (the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Al Adiyat Group)
- Managing agenda and scheduling appointments
- Dealing with internal/external telephone calls
- Liaising with staff in other Departments/Subsidiaries
- Replying to email inquiries from internal/external
Handle inquiries and concerns to eliminate the need for customers to go to the bank in person. Handle irrate customers' concerning deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, penalty charges, transactions, problem solving or evaluating eligibility and financial need for loans and grants, replacement of lost cards, issuing of new cards and cheques and so on.
