- Reporting directly to the Country Manager & Senior Trade Sales Consultant
- Represents the company for the sale of products saleable by Boecker related to the Trade Department
- Keeps records of all documents related to Trade Sales transactions (requisitions, stock returns, delivery schedules, purchase orders etc…)
- Assumes responsibility in answering client’s requests and queries in the absence of the Sales Senior Consultant and handle incoming phone calls
- Prepares requisitions and quotations on a daily basis
- Follow-up and generate sales from the Trade Ancillaries Monthly Report on daily basis
- Reporting directly to the Deputy Country Manager/Sales Manager
- Provides support to the Deputy on his day-to-day operation.
- Prepares draft of quotations, contracts and sales orders on a daily basis
- Prepares Market Segmentation, Sales Statistics, Sales Target and other relevant Reports requested by the Management and/or Deputy.
- Monitors new client’s incoming calls and forwards to the next in turn and prepares a Report w/c submitted to the Country Manager on a weekly basis
- Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes
- Develops and maintains a proper filing system
- Assists in preparation of Tender Bids
- Inspects new client’s premises (field)
- Reporting directly to the Chairman’s Executive Partner Mr. Montaser Al Kuzbari (the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Al Adiyat Group)
- Manages agenda and schedules appointments
- Deals with internal/external telephone calls
- Liaises with staff from other Departments/Subsidiaries
- Replies to email inquiries from internal/external
