Providing support to project teams in Engineering and Procurement activities, during execution and
throughout the life of the project.
* Supporting the site in closing process safety gaps by creating a comprehensive list of all critical and Safety
Instrumented Systems and updating Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams accordingly.
* Update daily Key Performance Indicators to review during morning meetings and ensure plant optimum
performance.
* Troubleshooting off-specification batches using Batch Query and ASPEN Process Analyser to generate a wide
variety of data, ultimately identifying the source of error.
* Diagnosing asset utilization losses, thereafter devising a project scopes to either eliminate or resolve the
root cause of production inefficiency.
* Validating Layers of protection on various scenario based initiating events and implementing new control
systems to close all process safety gaps.
- Chemical and Mechanical design of a Triethylene glycol rectifying still column. - Designed a liquid-liquid exchange setup using AutoCAD plant 3D and solid works, simultaneously developing the isometric drawings
