- Responsible for materials evaluation and qualifications as per contractual specification.
- Prepare and review sub-contractor's/supplier's material submittal documents such as Material Data,
Technical & Cost Comparison, Samples, Method Statements, Test Reports, Certificates, and etc.
for approval.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare of material submission status report, progress report, and material quantity take-off.
- Prepare Material Inspection and Work Inspection/Checklist.
- Liaise with QA/QC Engineer and Site Engineers.
Coordinate to execution team all approved, received materials and as well as addressing other
quality issues from site by attending weekly meetings.
- Supervise site work and carried out in accordance with method of statement, shop drawings and
specifications.
- Plan and monitor full process from sample submission of shop drawings to approval status.
- Prepare, review, update, coordinate and generate architectural interior design works, drawings
when required and ensure compliance to relevant standards and specifications.
- Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications.
- Carry out architectural interior works scheduling, supervision and documentation.
Prepare conceptual of Civil Site drawings with appropriate Engineering basis and in accordance
with the specifications and latest codes.
- Provide materials take-off and engineering support to procurement department.
- Coordinate with tendering department during preparation of conceptual drawings.
- Prepare detailed & complete shop drawings, schedules, and documents for production and provide modifications or amendments as required.
- Handle variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide CAD technical support and guidance to other CAD users.
- Assist Urban Designer/Master Planner in managing project components during the detailed implementation planning phase of area plans.
- Finalize drawings from prepared sketches and provide finished innovations and modification as required.
- Provide a detailed land use data including land uses, technical descriptions (201 files), lot data computations, lot and block sections, land-use computations, plans and specifications for the master development planning.
- Review planning and design submittals and provide technical evaluation including technical checks of cad and graphic drawings, such as areas, measurements, quantities, etc.
- Performs comprehensive checking of drawings done by fellow designers.
- Ensure submittals are in compliance with relevant standards as specified in the HLURB.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation / records (document tracking).
- Liaise with internal and external design teams, clients and contractors as appropriate.
- Prepared as-built plans in the rehabilitation of Power Plant and Dam Fencing of CBK Power Company Ltd in Laguna, Philippines.
- Site monitoring of 5-Storey building, HSBC projects in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines.
- Perform material testing/laboratory works such as Sieve analysis, Compaction test, abrasion test, Field density test and etc.
- Collects samples of soils and construction materials in the field to measure physical characteristics.
- Accurately compile test data and records and prepare reports on testing results.
- Perform field works/site visit as required.
- Follow procedures to comply with safety, sanitary and health regulations.
- Utilize work instructions, blueprints, procedure manuals and measurement tools to inspect and test
materials.
