Other responsibilities included; RCN recruitment days, processing timesheets, updating availability on a daily basis and manage the database (Influence) recording shift patterns to convey accurate GP Reports on a weekly basis, managing my apprentice - supporting her to achieve targets (minimum of 30 bookings per day), call stats and 1:1 meetings.
