Nursing 2000 Limited Medical Recruiter January 2014-Present

Recruiting medical professionals throughout London to be placed for temporary contracts within NHS hospitals. My responsibilities on a daily basis include checking candidate files to ensure they are compliant to work as our company have quarterly audits to ensure our candidates are suitable and competent to work within a clinical setting.

Networking, organising recruitment days, referral calls from current database, headhunting and managing a daily structure for the team. I am also responsible for ensuring all KPIs & relevant trackers (Pipeline) are up to date. Targets are set on a weekly basis to ensure that the volume of candidates registering with the agency fulfil the requests of our clients vacancies.

Self Employed Personal Trainer July 2009-Present

Freelance personal trainer working within health clubs around London such as; Virgin Active, Fitness First & Pure Gym. I have a client base of 15 training within the community for example - Local parks, private studios and client homes. I have a responsibility to support my clients safely and efficiently to reach their fitness goal. As a personal trainer I create and manage fitness and nutritional programmes for my clients and ensure that my knowledge is always current to provide affective training to various clients. Other responsibilities include; business development, marketing & networking.

Synergy Group Recruitment Consultant April 2013-January 2014

As a recruitment consultant at Synergy group - HCIG, I was targeted to have a minimum of 10 temporary workers per week. I set myself a profit margin target of £9 per hour for full time agency RMNs.

My database of nurses were focused within the mental health sector. My focus to grow a mental health temp desk was successful, as I won business with popular trusts within the UK such as Cygnet Healthcare & The priory group. Other Responsibilities included; Timesheet management, pay rate monitoring, shift requests, GP Reports, headhunting and business development. I also worked alongside the international team with projects to recruit permanent medical professionals from Spain & Portugal to work within Papworth & Colchester NHS trust.

MSI Recruitment Recruitment Coordinator September 2010-September 2013

At MSI Recruitment I was responsible for filling shift requests from NHS trusts.
My main clients were based in the midlands and I was given a target to grow the monthly profit from £7'000 to £15'000 which I over achieved by maintaining a monthly profit of £24'700. During the 2-3 months of progressing to this, I worked hard to recruit a reliable database of full time nurses, specialists and healthcare assistants to ensure that I could retain business. The bookings team was responsible for on-call as the agency was a 24 hour service. Other responsibilities included; RCN recruitment days, processing timesheets, updating availability on a daily basis and manage the database (Influence) recording shift patterns to convey accurate GP Reports on a weekly basis, managing my apprentice - supporting her to achieve targets (minimum of 30 bookings per day), call stats and 1:1 meetings.
