Responsible for supporting the academy's staffs and executives at all levels as part of a helpdesk team. Ensuring that all network, hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.
Duties:
• Responsible for networking, network cabling, laptop & desktop repair, cctv, biometrics, Multifunction printer/network printer, SAP, MS Outlook, Windows & MAC OS installation and maintenance services.
• Supporting users issues over the telephone and by email.
• Maintain the companies network infrastructure.
• Procurement of IT Peripherals.
• Providing support for student’s ipads.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Providing support for academy’s simulators, IP Telephone and Smartboards.
• Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme.
• Installation/configuration of NAS Open Media Vault.
• Liaised vendor for IT purchases.
• Provide training to new employees.
