Coordinate and implement the Education project in Host community according to strategy, proposals
• Develop annual activity and work plans
• Promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes in the activities
• Cooperate with MoE, relevant partners and local authorities
• Weekly and monthly activity/project reports and other reporting as required
• Assess the pilot phase and revise the project according to lessons learnt
Schedule and chair weekly meetings with staff and teachers
• Identify and update education indicators and monitor them in a structured and regular way
• Carry out daily, regular field visits to observe, evaluate and report on project activities
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure that staff and project activities are carried out in an efficient manner
• Carry out regular pedagogical meetings with teachers/parents/communities/administrative authorities
• Regularly evaluate pedagogical needs
• facilitate meetings in the communities to explain NRC’s community based approach
• Carry out activities conforming to the existing working structure and in line with the NRC Code of Conduct
• Plan and participate in teacher recruitment for NRC education projects
• Elaborate request forms and transport letters
• Ensure good collaboration between administrative and school authorities
• Elaborate weekly internal reports
• Inform the Senior Education Officer about all kinds of problems, complaints or information useful for carrying out the project
• Represent NRC in official meetings and official ceremonies in the work zone assigned.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders operating in the area of intervention and ensure mutual respect for the local customs/cultures
Work on end to end tender documentations.
Should prepare commercial and technical proposals.
Managing and following deadlines.
Understand corporate tender documentation and complete all initial invite information
Evaluate and grade students' class work, laboratory performance, assignments, and papers
Create course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, obtain materials and supplies such as textbooks and laboratory equipment
