Key Accounts Officer

• Preparation of Quotations as per client requirements which includes
selection of Water Pump Sets according to required capacity.
• Preparation of Material Submittals to be handed over to client.
• Preparation of Purchase orders, Delivery Note, Sales Invoices using
Tally.
• Handling of Petty Cash.
• Bank reconciliation Statement.
• Following up with the Outstanding Receivables / Payables and ensuring
that payment is made on time.
• Preparation of the Total monthly Business Report along with costing of each project and monthly Income Statements.
• Carrying out all procedures required for audit.
• Maintaining the Stock List and ensuring that there is no overstocking.
• Manage proper filing & maintenance of all records and vouchers for easy
retrieval when required.
• Ensure that customers strictly adhere to their credit terms so as to reach
targets.
• Payment of all expenses to staff. This includes checking for correctness and proper supporting documentation of expense claims.
• Monitor, control and track all Utility bills and ensure timely payment to avoid disconnection.
• Maintaining Employee details and Processing Salaries through WPS.
• Additional responsibilities include interacting with high level managers and providing constant feedback to company senior management on
Ageing and Receivables.
