• Monitoring and ensure that all construction workers meet the safety requirement, rules, and regulations
• Preparation of QC Manuals, and other QA/QC reports, & Structural works.
• Preparation, Review & Approval of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for Civil QA/QC activities.
• Carry out Inspection for Jacket and wellhead platform (Tie-in), Deck and leg in TKY joint and ensure Jacket and Platform full monitoring for NDT requirement.
• Witness NDT for Jacket and wellhead platform especially for TKY joint as per standard and code, ITP and Client requirement
• Witness installation during fit up bracing and diagonal bracing
• Witness installation and tie-in jacket and wellhead platform, conductor guide, piling, pile cluster (pile sleeves and mud mats), and Riser.
• Witness installation Top side zone especially for main weather deck, mezzanine deck, lower deck, sump deck, pedestal crane, helideck
• Carry out inspection all Jacket item and topside as per requesting for inspection from Contractor by reference ITP, standard, codes, and Client specification requirement.
• Ensure that welder qualified to welding Jacket and platform, Deck and leg in TKY joint as per requirement and has been approved by Welding Engineer.
• Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.
• Assist in developing and monitoring implementation of the Asset Integrity Verification Scheme throughout the Define and Execute Phases.
• Participate and provide input into technical HSE and integrity reviews.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases.
• Review Relevant Procedure, Review Client Specification, Review vendor quality Plant, Review WPS, and PQR, Review Welder Certificate, Review Pipe Mill Fabrication and manufacture industry and installation Procedure
• Supervise and coordinates pipe mill activities of worker engaged in heating, forming, and welding flat steel stripes to produced butt welded pipe and steel by continuoues welding process, rolling and welding machine specification
• Exemine pipe mill for conformance to dimentional, using gauge, and measuring tape, grinding and evennes of surface, hot and col rolling mill and pipe mill specification at pipe mill fabrication
• Monitoring Application procedure and Quality Plant of Project, Method Statement, erify and monitor all fabrication, pipe mill manufacture industry and on site as per ITP approved i.e welding machine parameter and production quality as per client approval and minimum requirement as per code and standards such as: ASMEs, APIs, AWS, ASTMs, and Design Engineering Practice, Welder Test, ITP plan, WPSs and PQR
• Audit Contractor for welding consumabels are used, materials storage, machine welding callibration and ensure all materials and work area are clean.
• Monitor and Control inspection reports, Non Compliance Report
• Review and compilation of Final Documentation (MDR) and submitted to Client.
• Performed inspection for pipe wrapping and Pipe mill as per ITP, and ensure and inspect the materials insulation the pipe before installed. And carry out to check removal insulation of pipe procedure. And take photo whether any discrepancy to procedure and result insulations.
•monitor at control room, Witnessed of pipeline position base on GPS monitor, Technical Specification and Design Engineering Practice that used by BP Specification, Promier Oil Specification, Conoco Phillips Specification, Caltex Specification, Shell Specification.
• Performed in-depth review to verify conformity with engineering standards and specifications on Project Design and construction stage.
