Responsibilities:

• Issuing quotation, purchase orders, reimbursement, invoices,
• Debit/Credit Notes through SAP.
• Entering leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Reviewing tender and lead generation.
• Maintaining and keeping monthly sales report using Microsoft
• Excel (PVOT Table) and PowerPoint.
• Coordinating with clients for all necessary supporting
• documents/records in order to begin with the official process
• of issuance of certificate of conformity.
• Conducting application review for the assigned conformity
• assessment program using applicable platform (for KUWAIT,
• KSA, IRAQ, EGYPT, UGANDA, MOROCCO program, SSP, SSP+
• system shall be used for application review and acceptance /
• rejection).
• Preparing and reviewing Certificate of Inspection and
• Certificate of Conformity (COI/COC) using Secure Shipment
• platform (SSP) and SSP+ for EGYPT, UGANDA, MOROCCO,
• IRAQ (COR) and Kuwait program.
• Prepares and review Product Registration Certificate and
• Shipment Certificate through Saber System Platform.
• Recording notification of Registration / Non-conformity
• Report via Secure Shipment Platform and Saber System as
• applicable.
• Coordinating product sampling and testing with laboratory
• Preparing report using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table,
• spreadsheets, graphs, V-lookup, Microsoft Word and Power Point
