RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handling Business Development and End to End Recruitments.
•Sourcing candidates according to client requirements, using different channels and tools.
•Screening candidates job applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates to submit to clients. Arranging and managing candidate interviews with client. Maintaining database of candidates and keeping it updated.
•Supporting the Team Leader with daily recruitment activities. Handled salary negotiations, visa / joining formalities and took care of the documents required for submission (Onboarding formalities).
•Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. Advertising vacancies in different platforms (website, job portals, newspapers etc.)
•Handling Overseas Recruitment across vertical and domains like Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Petrochemicals, Real Estate etc.
•Developing a good understanding of client companies, their needs, and culture and activity sector.
