RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handling Business Development and End to End Recruitments.
•Sourcing candidates according to client requirements, using different channels and tools.
•Screening candidates job applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates to submit to clients. Arranging and managing candidate interviews with client. Maintaining database of candidates and keeping it updated.
•Supporting the Team Leader with daily recruitment activities. Handled salary negotiations, visa / joining formalities and took care of the documents required for submission (Onboarding formalities).
•Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. Advertising vacancies in different platforms (website, job portals, newspapers etc.)
•Handling Overseas Recruitment across vertical and domains like Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Petrochemicals, Real Estate etc.
•Developing a good understanding of client companies, their needs, and culture and activity sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company.

Kotak Mahindra Bank is an Indian Private sector banking head quartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India It offers wide range of banking products and financial services for corporate and retail customers through variety of delivery channels in the areas of personal finance, Investment Banking, Life Insurance and Wealth Banking.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This is on roll fixed job with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• This is a sales job and not branch operations job. Requires field work.
• Will be required to generate business for designated branch in the assigned geography.
• Sales of Current Account, Savings Account along with other bank products.
• Responsibility of the AAM is to develop leads and get customers for liability products.
• Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned.
