a. Implement the process based from the conducted planning meeting within the team with the use of cloud based Infor ERP system. Actions such as providing all parts requirement, assembly instructions, diagrams and proper tooling in accordance to HSE procedures of the group.
b. Performs QA/QC tasks which ensures that all parts installed are within standard and create reports via system improvement platform (NCR reporting) for some material flaws and defects. Root cause will be analyzed for proper corrective action and to avoid repeatability of the issue. The QA/QC tasks also applies for completed products to guarantee the neatness and efficiency.
c. Presents and executes some research and development activities for the company’s continuous improvement like advancement of tools, machines, equipment and modifications which could improve the manufacturing/assembly safer and faster. Researches also includes waste and energy management to reduce carbon footprints.
d. Provide proper guidance for the whole team such as lift operators, fabricators & welders, painters, electrical & mechanical assemblers.
e. Follows and implement the process improvement methodology like 5s and Kaizen for continuous improvement.
f. Develop electrical controllers, automations and adjustments as needed in the product or for the facility’s improvement and advancement.
g. First contact person for the building management concerns like repairs, installations and maintenance.
h. Perform health, safety, environment (HSE) duties as required.

Formerly named Allightprimax FZCO and diverted into Primax Pumps (Sykes / Part of Atlas Copco Group)

a. Carry out assembly and test (mechanical/electrical) of dewatering pumps from individual spares until it gets completed. Units may use the following diesel engines depending on the customer requirement like Caterpillar, Perkins, Cummins, Kirloskar, Deutz and Kubota.
b. Carry out assembly and test (mechanical/electrical) of Allight branding lighting towers with the use of Perkins engines with Sincro alternators.
c. Dewatering pumps are also assembled/coupled with the use of electrical motors and with the provision of VFDs or soft starters depending in customer requirement.
d. Performs safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) tasks if required.

Hamad International Airport Cargo Terminal (Doha, Qatar)

a. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance in relation to Automatic Cargo Storage and Retrieval System such as elevating units (workstations/hoists), transfer vehicles, stacking machines, integrated cool rooms, and a lot of conveyor systems (elevating/non-elevating).
b. Preventive maintenance includes a lot of lubrication activities with the roller chains, elevator wire ropes, electric motors & gear boxes, hydraulic actuators & power packs, and pillow blocks. Functionality test for load cells, variety of sensors, safety devices, ASI slaves & ASI masters, motor brakes and controls. Level teaching for elevating units are also part of preventive maintenance activities.
c. Efficiently track equipment condition/performance with the guidance of Equipment Diagnostic System (EDS) which is part of the SCADA system throughout the facility and to propose refurbishment plans if required to enhance the system reliability and to prevent breakdowns.
d. Support the full operation of the terminal’s SCADA system (remote control room, PLC & components, and HMIs) and to restore the programming if required/corrupted. Identify machine fault codes and make appropriate action to solve the problem to avoid further delays especially with the cargos with scheduled flights.

Responsible for the company’s further improvement with regards to quality of product management system, air quality, modification, environment and employee’s health and safety concern, energy conservation and implementation.

Own and manage a small scale business which deals with electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras, laptops and etc. including all variety of accessories through reputable and legit suppliers.

•Doing electrical jobs for residential houses, commercial buildings and other electrical industrial works like CCTV installation, controllers and others that is beyond my scope.

Responsible for the maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation equipment of the mill in order to ensure continuous machine runtime operation to lessen the occurrence of machine breakdown that will affect the company’s productivity.
•Responsible in scheduling and provision of preventive maintenance activities such as multiple equipment calibration, servicing of instrumentation and electrical equipment, servicing of CCTV and air conditioning units
•Participate with the company’s QMS, EMS, OHSMS and IMS activities to ensure that electrical and instrumentation department is conforming to its highest extent.
•Do modification and fabrication if needed for the advancements and upgrades
•Reports directly to the maintenance manager and ensures that all equipment spare parts are available at all times
