Details:
Sales & Marketing Manager / Operation Manager: (Inbound & Outbound)
o Doing packages for FIT, groups, MICE (hotel accommodations, air ticket, transportation, visas, meet & greet, Tours etc.);
o Arranging Dubai visa issuance, deliveries and providing necessary requirements and information in and outside Dubai;
o Create Special Tour Package / Designing and Advertisements through online/social media/print ads and others;
o Meeting the hotels and suppliers to request and negotiate regarding rates, promotions and deals;
o Attend exhibitions and Fairs in UAE;
o Communicate with Tour Operators, Travel Agent and Corporate for business collaboration;
o Set up Ticketing Reservation System (Galileo)
o In-charge and responsible for the daily operations, doing the necessary follow-ups, sending feedback and reports;
o Provide solutions and handle complaints from the clients or from agents local and international;
o Invoicing, preparing and sending report for the statements of accounts to the agents


Groups/FIT Coordinator cum Operation Assistant:
o Reporting and communicating appropriately to Reservation Managers, Operations Manager and other departments to ensure that all guest requirements are arranged (hotels, tours, visas, transportation, guides etc.)
o Coordinates with local travel agencies in responding to inquiries regarding travel concerns; bookings and inquiries.

Sales/ Reservation Coordinator/Operation Assistant في GULF OASIS TOURISM

Sales & Reservation Coordinator:

o Reporting and communicating appropriately to Reservation Managers, Operations Manager and other departments to ensure that all guest requirements are arranged (hotels, tours, visas, transportations, guides etc.)
o In-charge with daily operation for car bookings and transfers also with direct supervision to the drivers and transport companies during and after office hours.
o Coordinates with local travel agencies in responding to inquiries regarding travel concerns; bookings and inquiries.
o Take charge when all the Managers are out of the office
o Updating the hotel bookings and transportation records for follow up to ensure that all the services are arranged accordingly
o Prepare hotel vouchers, sign boards to be use by the driver for all arrivals


Handle DSF Media Groups, Dubai, UAE ( Dubai Shopping Festival 2008 -2009)
o in- charge for the operation; coordinate, follow up and arrange marhaba assistance, transfers according to itinerary.


Front Desk Executive/ Secretary
o Meet and Greet visitors, attend telephone calls, provide information about the company products and services
o Reviews, determines, filter confidential information, priority and disseminate incoming correspondence from the e-mail or telephone
o Keep proper log and indexing for all the necessary documents receive and dispatch, both soft and hard copy for safekeeping and future references.
o Confidentially manage company data, organizes filing system and maintains proper records and official documents in an organized manner
o Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodations for business trips or vacation tours as required by the Managers
o Prepare and replies to business inquiries and compose formal letters
o Prepare monthly and yearly reports.
