 Attaches price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.
 Sets up promotional displays; make sign or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
 Trains new staff in basic operations and procedures.
 Balance records at the end of the work day.
 Prepare reports of cash register and receipts.
 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
 Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
 Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
 Monitor sales and recommend orders in assigned areas.
 Maintain stock in an attractive and orderly manner.
