Welcome customers as they arrive and assist into their choice of electronic goods
➢ Provide customers with information regarding product features and benefits
➢ Respond to customers’ questions and concerns and provide them with proof to back up your claims
➢ Ascertain that products are neatly displayed in display units and have all corresponding information attached to them
➢ Indulge in upselling endeavors with a view to increase revenue
➢ Maintain knowledge of what the competition is selling and provide feedback to supervisors
➢ Ascertain that pricing information is kept current and that customers are made aware of discounts and promotions
➢ Input sales orders in company database and track them through delivery or pick-up processes
➢ Preparing RTV Transactions
Customer's service and feedback (Positive/Negative)
➢ Ensuring proper display of all available items/accessory models and highlight display on ongoing promotion
➢ Daily report for models out of stock, also intimate if the same is anticipated in near future
➢ Acquire complete information on features of available models and their benefits to the customers
➢ Training of fellow sales person on features of different models and their benefits to the customers, stressing those features wherein our models hold an edge over competition
➢ Support in creating a healthy information flow and active feedback mechanism between sales and merchandiser team
/ Stocker
➢ Accepts cash, checks, or bankcards for payment; completes check and bankcard transactions according to established procedure.
➢ Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies.
➢ Assists in other areas of store, such as clean-up, shelf-stocking, or keeping merchandise displayed in an orderly manner.
➢ Responsible for receiving deliveries. Make label price of the item and update stocks on the display area also monitor and check the expiry date of each item.
