Performed Teardown and Refurbish on BMC, BME and SRPT Semi-Trailer Van.
Fixed Discrepancy and changed Hardware or Spare parts as necessary.
Responsible for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of an automatic hydrant fueling system (Type III System) and Operation of fuel storage and distribution systems ranging from ground product service stations to large bulk operating storage (tank to tank fuel transfer) and distribution facilities (flight line and hydrant outlet).Comply with operational and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines of the company in accordance with USAF and Host Nation Country Technical Order in fuel handling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance, repairs or replacement on all facilities,
systems and equipment installed by the Contractor under this procurement, and performs systems maintenance as required by Air Force Manual 32-1275.
Inspection, evaluating conditions of fuel receiving, storage, and distribution facilities to detect and correct leakage, corrosion, faulty fittings, and malfunction of mechanical units, meters, and gauges such as distribution lines, float / flow switches, automatic tank gauges (ATG), high and low level alarms, automatic/pressure control valves, fuel dispensing units, cathodic protection systems, piping valves, fuel storage tanks, pipelines and piping systems, hydrant systems, product transfer pumps, motor controls, filters, meters, gauges, flow control mechanisms, manifold and valve systems, and other related petroleum system components.
Responsible for maintenance and operation of Power generators, switchgears, bus tie circuit breakers, and synchronizing switch for parallel operation and switching of back-up generators.
Responsible for maintenance and operation of Mogas and Diesel Dispenser on Base Service Station.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs operational, preventive and corrective maintenance on tank, distribution system, and refuel vehicles. Uses maintenance manuals and interprets schematic diagrams, such as tank and fuel distribution piping troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment deficiencies. Documents facility discrepancies and submits reports and records of all maintenance actions. Performs aircraft, and ground servicing equipment and vehicle, Refueling and De-fueling operations with the Type III Hydrant Loop, direct fuel systems (pantographs) or mobile fuel vehicles such as R-12, R-11 and C-300. Re-fills trucks at fill-stands, and conducts truck to distribution system transfers. Prepares equipment and hoses, line up pump, tank and pipeline valves, and drain water from service tanks prior to operations. Performs per-post gauging and product temperature measurements of tanks and barges. Performs pre-operational checks on, and operates pumps, barges or distribution equipment. During operations, observes gauging and metering devices, and reports readings as required, and any abnormal operating conditions noted. Completed required Annex 10B operational forms (e.g., tank gauging sheets, operational checklist, etc.). Opens/closes containment dike drains valves. Performs vacuum truck operations or oil spill clean-up as required. Obtains tank and system fuel samples and delivers them to the POL Laboratory. Reports to the Coordinator, PACAF Fuel Operations and Maintenance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Mechanic/Operator in maintaining all liquid fuel distribution systems and mechanical equipment
in fully operational condition. Assist in performing all fuel distribution and refueling vehicles with preventive
maintenance and repair. Assist in troubleshooting, inspection and performing recurring maintenance on
all liquid fuel distribution systems and protective equipment. Assist in accomplishing work described on
Vehicle and Equipment Work Order (VEWO) within established job standards. Assist in performing
refueling and de-fueling operations by using USAF R9, R11 and R12 refueling vehicles. Conduct corrosion
control on pump house, refueling vehicles, fixed and portable pantographs and fuel systems piping.
Operate and Maintain Mobile Bio-Slurper recovery systems. Must accomplish any extra duties as
designated by the Manager, PACAF WRM.
