Highlights of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of Regional Project Manager within the areas of responsibility.
• Maintaining the accuracy and relevance of the property department’s ‘Site Tracking Report’ for new project development and existing portfolio renovation/refurbishment
• Accountable for the projects ‘Cost Control Report’ issued to the Business Finance Manager for cash flow management
• Preparation of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Budget for new projects development. Bench marking the fit-out ‘square meter rate cost’ for each brand
• Coordination with the Group Procurement team for existing and new Supplier’s review, assessment and evaluation
• Managing Brand Designers from Schematic to Final Detailed Drawings including MEP

Had worked under the F&B Projects Development department of a Regional Property team, which is involved in the company’s F&B expansion with four major markets of concentration (UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain). Duties includes:
• Liaising with the Real Estate Team in terms of technical suitability and retail compliance assessment for new venues/location for F&B brands
• Administering site survey/check prior to design development
• Managing design development with brand designers and appointing local MEP Consultant
• Coordination with all the stakeholder for approval of design
• Pre and Post Contract Management
o Preparation of Tender documents
o Contractor’s selection thru tendering process.
o Managing the project implementation and Statutory Approvals
o Turn over the projects to the operations
• Conduct post project assessment and evaluation (design and implementation stage) for future reference as part of the improving the ‘how we work’ process.

Managed the company’s retail brand expansion Programme in UAE and GCC region with focus on Food and Beverage (F&B). The job focus on the following areas:
• Managing the Design Conceptualization based on a brand-specific design brief
• Liaising with the Host Brand for design approval and Detailed Design Implementation,
• Take the lead on Contractor’s appointment through Tendering and related procurement.
• Post Contract administration ad project implementation to handover.

Job Responsibilities
• Acts as a client’s representative as tenant delivery coordinator for the Monarch Office Tower (now One Sheikh Zayed).
• Liaise with the Owner’s Leasing Team for technical coordination related to Tenant’s office fit-out.
• Managing and coordination for Tenant Office fitout delivery:
o Issuing tenant design manual and contractor’s fitout manual
o Coordination with the LL design team for the review and approval of tenant’s office fitout design (Architectural and MEP)
o Conducting Pre-mobilization Kick-off meeting with the tenant and tenant’s fitout contractors
o Managing the final snagging and project close out

Job Responsibilities
• Post-contract project implementation of ‘Piling and Enabling Works projects of the company
• Managing team of site engineers and QA/QC and supervisors for the successful project delivery
• Liaising with the Consultant for the shop drawings and sample approvals, material testing sampling and testing (field and Laboratory material testing).
• Liaising with the procurement for timely delivery of construction materials
• Reporting to the Project Manager as to the project progress on a daily basis and preparing the weekly and monthly progress report.
