-Responsible in the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment policy of the company.
-Ensure the participation of all personell in the practice of healthy and safe work place.
-Conduct training on new employees on company health and safety policy.
-Conduct investigations on incidents on workplace and make recommendations for review on health and safety policy.
- Responsible in implementing company rules and regulations on safety and health.
- Coordinate with government agencies on the safety and health implementation and inspections
- Assist the Human Resources Department in orientation of new employees on company rules especially on safety and maintenance of equipments
- Report to the Human Resources Department any violation of safety rules and other company regulations and mke reccomendations to correct errors and mistakes to avoid future accidents
-Assist the safety manager in formulating and updating of safety rules of the company
-Participated on various leadership seminars and trainings offered to students by the university. -Active member of various university student organisations.
