Report major downtime for Fab to the management during Operational Meeting.
Coordinate with the vendors regarding spare parts and sourcing out other vendor for spare parts for cost reduction.
Assist Equipment Engineer in designing future projects.
Monitors spare parts availability and consumable/critical items.
Owner of Condition Base Monitoring Check sheet and Preventive Maintenance Check sheet.
Performs regular equipment inspection to detect electrical defects and non-conformance and take necessary steps to correct it.
Implements solution to improve equipment operation / productivity / reliability upon approval of module engineer.
Recommends equipment performance improvements through equipment or process modifications and upgrades.
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
