Handling or assisting in a variety of corporate advisory as well as corporate finance engagements mainly related to feasibility studies and valuation work for private and public companies, initial project viability reports for a reputed government investment organisation, transaction advisory services including preparation of pitching documents, other general company & industry analysis etc. Clients include some of the prominent private, public and ministries in Oman.
Handled or assisted in investment banking engagements mainly related to transaction advisory. Work included valuation (DCF, Sum of the parts analysis, preceding transaction analysis and relative valuation), initial screening of clients as well as preparation of client specific questionnaires for pre evaluation purpose, preparation of pitch books, information memorandums and other support documents, company and industry analysis, investor sourcing, etc. Clients included some of the well known International and India Corporate houses.
