 Reports directly to the Group Brand Manager - International Brands
 Performs a variety of administrative and executive support tasks including Brand meetings and Brand Training arrangements, approval and documents processing for official trip that includes visa application, travel bookings, schedules/itineraries etc…
 Establishes and maintains excellent various filing and records management systems.
 Coordinates and disseminate relevant information/issues related to International and In-House Brands to the Brands Team, stores and back office.
 Serves as a direct point of contact for shop inquiries on brand/collections pieces details, locations and availability.
 Gather feedback and status and compile reports from Brand Managers for a specific concerns/issues whether local or overseas regions.
 Timely preparation of Monthly Sales Report for International Brands to be forwarded to the corresponding Suppliers/Brand Principals.
 Maintains a record of all International Brands team ( personal and official leave schedules )
