• In charge of keeping records of customer credentials regarding educational credentials, resumes, applications and personal data which is used in launching their profiles.
• In charge of supporting the clients in processing their educational credential assessment, applications on the CIC website and in assessing their requirements.
• Responsible in ensuring that the customer’s applications are well tracked and that no errors are seen in their documentations and applications that will lower their chances of getting an employer.
• Updating of customer data, contact details, scores and position.
• In charge producing other suggestions to help clients improve their profiles to be presented to potential employers.
