I worked as a supervisor in the company above for 11 months and i only exited because of a need to continue with my studies in the University.
My work as a supervisor was; managing the field supervisor, employing and paying contract employees, ensuring that tea picked is transported to factory in time, and any other work assigned by Field Manager.
I must say that i earned alot of experience in the company which will help me in any other employment.
In my university education i attained a credit pass, which is among the top credentials in universities in kenya. Before joining my university education I attend secondary school where i attain agrade of c+. In my primary school i attained 317 marks out of 500.
