Mechanical/hydraulic Technician
Overhaul gearbox, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, lobe blower, gear pump, piston pump, blasting machine, crane hook 10ton to 50ton, impact wrech, jack hammer, chipping gun, hydraulic press machine, pneumatic chain hoist, different kinds of valve, actuators, and different kinds of machinery.
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in plant machineries and equipment
Attend and troubleshoot emergency call of the plant
Performs Lock out and Tag out procedure.
Maintain, repair and replace pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Overhaul gearbox, Pneumatic and Hydraulic cylinders., bucket elevators, dust collectors, vibratory feeders, crushers and other material handling equipments, etc.
Conduct daily rounds for monitoring of machines and other parameters in different area assigned.
Performed preparation before shutdown schedule.
Perform modification and fabrication.
Perform maintenance and repair of material handling equipments like belt conveyors, roller conveyor, P&F conveyors, Chain conveyors, Screw conveyors & bucket elevators.
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in plant machineries and equipment such as:
Overhead cranes, centrifugal pumps, motor and gear boxes, pneumatics and hydraulics system, cooling towers and other cooling system, fans and blowers, air compressors, diesel generator, manually and electrically operated valves, roller and belt conveyors, bucket elevators, dust collectors, vibratory feeders, crushers and other material handling equipments, etc.
Attended and performed assign jobs during shutdown and major repair such as:
Overhauling of gear boxes, replacement of bearings, removing and installations of new machines, repairing of pumps, repairing of fans and blowers, recondition of machinery equipments, machine alignment, pull out and installed of Lehr rollers etc.
Conduct daily rounds for monitoring of machines and other parameters in different area assigned.
Attend quick calls and emergency calls in any area in the plant.
Perform machine repair and troubleshooting on-line to prevent downtime or production losses.
Perform maintenance in water treatment process such as:
Sand and carbon filter backwashing, Reverse osmosis vessel filter cleaning and demineralised plant regeneration.
Troubleshooting of breakdowns or mechanical failures in Hydrogen (H2) plant and auxiliaries, Nitrogen (N2), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) storage and handling system.
Performed preparation before shutdown schedule.
Perform job assignment in shutdown, cold repair, commissioning and start-up.
Perform lock out and tag out procedure for safety
Perform alignment of pulley, coupling and belts
Repair and overhaul of different kinds of gearboxes, valves and pumps
Perform preventive maintenance such as greasing, changing oil, cleaning of the machines and equipments
Perform machine repair and troubleshooting on-line to prevent downtime and production losses
Performs welding jobs using Mig welding machines, Arc welding machines and Spot gun welding machines ( C-gun and X-gun type)
Monitoring of the output quality product
Fabrication, modification and repair of defective spare parts
Repair and replace pneumatic cylinders
Replace damage pneumatic hoses
Perform routine check-up of equipment
Performs preventive maintenance of the machines
Changing and refilling of pneumatic oil
Attend quick calls in assigned areas
Perform troubleshooting of the machinery
