Recruitment and Retention:
• Develop and oversee a recruitment process.

* End to end process of recruitment from Startup till demobilization to various projects.
Supervise the salesmen.
* Finalizing and Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Fleet Sales.
* Responsible to make and report the Capital Expenditure to be submitted to Managers for Approval.
* Prepare quotation
* Make calculation sheet to make sure that the selling price will meet the Gross Profit required for each transaction.
* Make the Lease calculation and lease agreements to be submitted to legal for perusal.
* Communicate and report to the General Motors Manager.
* Handles the Demo Vehicles, including the Demo Log Sheet checking.
* Follow up with the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) people to ensure that the vehicles are in good condition and to be
delivered on time.
* Communicate with customers if needed.
Advising and coaching managers on people management matters and complying with Employment Law, as well
as devising and implementing HR plans.
* Lead performance management activities, including employee development planning.
* Managing the entire recruitment process, including advertising, selection and interviewing.
* Conducting disciplinary/grievance meetings.
* Dealing with a healthy volume of ER and HR issues.
