Provide services, including:
• Arrange and Coordinate Company files and other Accounting files (eg. Credit files, closed files, Shipment files and other documents).
• Format, brand, edit documents as required and specified using the appropriate software (PowerPoint/Excel etc.)
• Mailer support to different clients and suppliers abroad and local markets
Demonstrate proficiency of all administrative support applications and processes
Identify and proactively communicate potential issues to leadership
Recommend process improvements to enhance and improve service and overall performance.
Work as a co-operative and collaborative member of a high performing team
Identify, resolve or escalate conflicts with sensitivity and tact.
Making of Offer Letters, Business Proposal to Clients (Hotels and Restaurants) and suppliers abroad and local markets
Responsible of receiving goods (GRN), requisition of stocks, store stock returns and warehouse procedure.
Ensure that works are clean and tidy and observes security and safety regulation.
Monitors the quality and quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
In-charge of all the incoming items/stocks including their receipts from the company deliveries.
Ensures all the items/stocks has barcode stickers before entering to the warehouse and place on their designated location.
Transferring and requesting of items/stocks from other external warehouses needed in the distribution warehouse using our automation process.
Making inventories on all the items/stocks during annual inventory.
Ensures all stocks have equal quantity on the physical and on the system CORTEX.
