Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant Process Control System hardware, software and process network system in order to achieve optimum equipment availability.
• Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Technical Information System which includes security and integrity of data.
• Create new PLC programs for new equipment.
• Revise PLC programs for the improvement and optimization in operation of the Plant.
• Conduct repair and troubleshooting of PLC programs, Servers, workstations, controllers, I/O modules, Process Instruments and Motor Control Modules.
• Responsible in the development of project design and installation for new equipment.
• Conduct active supervision of Instrumentation and Automation maintenance activities with adherence to personnel and equipment safety in line with the department’s objectives.
• Perform periodic calibration to ensure accurate measuring and monitoring equipment and machinery.
• Design of I/O panels, Auxiliary panels, Instrument distribution box and cable tray for motor control cables and process instrument cables.
• Supervise execution and implementation of Process Control System Projects to ensure safety, quality of work and timely completion.
• Testing and commissioning of Instrumentation and Automation projects
Duties and responsibilities:
• Report monthly updates regarding the total volume of sales to the District Sales Supervisor and Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure that company products are available in all the outlets at the area of responsibility.
• Maintain good business relationship to the outlet owner and address their concerns and problems.
• Check for the price compliance of the outlets
Duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze and interprets structural and architectural design drawings in order to produce accurate and detailed shop drawings.
• Prepares AML (Advance Material list) or MTO (Material Take-off) as per steel fabricator’s requirements.
• Make shop drawings of columns, beams, braces and miscellaneous steel with complete instructions for cutting, punching, welding and bolt requirement based on the given criteria in the structural design standards and erection processes.
• Creates accurate layouts of braced column, braced beams and miscellaneous steel drawings for convenience in detailing.
• Makes some necessary list of questions and RFI’s (Requests for Information) regarding design conflicts in connections, elevations and dimensions.
• Checks/updates erection, embed plan and anchor bolt plan drawings based on the structural and architectural design drawing including design revision.
