Cost Control & Budgeting (in coordination with the Engineering and Production sections, reviewing project cost build-up and progress; building & updating operational and cash flow budgets).

Subcontracting (co-heading negotiation, assignment and management of construction subcontracts).
Procurement - Logistics - Stores (in coordination with the Engineering, Production, Quality Control and Plant sections, negotiating, arranging and managing procurement contracting; supervising all supply chain activities past the identification of needs, for all locally sourced or imported goods).

Represent the company to all meetings with the Group CEO and Group Finance teams
Responsible for the subsidiaries companies in KSA and Qatar (Revenue of $250m)
Liaise with Group Audit and External Consultants
Participation in statutory audits of financial statements in accordance with IFRS as well as for Greek Tax Law purposes. Main tasks included preparing the audit plan in accordance with ISA, planning and performing test of controls and test of details, conducting various review procedures such as receivables & payables confirmation, inquiries and analytical procedures. Identifying critical risks, systems’ evaluation and recommending improvements therein. Undertaking of team management duties including monitoring audit progress, resolution of differences of professional judgment on significant accounting and auditing issues as well as review of junior team members audit fieldwork.
Participation in statutory audits, validation of financial reporting packages and other varied special nature engagements. Audit of manufacturing and service sector companies covering all major functions including purchases and payables, revenue and receivables, inventory, treasury , fixed assets and taxation. My responsibilities include engagement management, client relationship management, and co-ordination with professionals in various fields. Establishing overall audit strategy and preparing audit plan in the context of international auditing standards, industry-specific reporting requirements, engagement’s reporting objectives and consideration of significant factors. Coaching of junior team members.
