Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares Construction Plans for Project Piping. Site inspection to make it sure the layout are in correct. Prepare Isometric Layout. Review Plans and Specification prior to the Construction. Making As-built plan to ensure dimension & reflected to the Final Drawing. Prepare detail shop drawing to implement on fabrication in Structural, Architectural & Meps. . Making a 3d drawing as per client request for Visualization View.

Prepared Bill of Materials and Quotation for each project.
Review Plans and Specification prior to the Construction.
Assigned duties and coordinate to all foreman for timely completion of project.
Oversee construction activities to ensure work efficiency and quality standard.
Responsible in Exterior & Interior Presentation to Present in Client.
Attend Meeting with the client regarding to the project flow every day.
Conduct daily monitoring to all on going activities to ensure works are in accordance
with the design and specificatio

Makes Microsoft Power Point Presentation in case of customer’s demand.
Prepares Furniture BOQ and Quotation using Microsoft Excel.
Installing Program & Fixing Computer in Our Department.
Prepares 3d Walkthrough Animation in Lumion.
