- Customer service and satisfaction (constant positive relationships with existing clients, tours and new connections with new clients, as well as their child/children.)
- Handling the sales of retail and snack items such as swim goggles, bathing suits, robes, swim diapers, healthy cookie pack, coffee from machine, etc. ....
- Handling and finalizing calls. These calls could be existing clients asking for a change in schedule or a cancellation, or could be a complete new person casually asking for information, aimed to be a future client.
- Greeting existing clients and giving newcomers information and a tour of the facility and gym equipment.
- Handling calls of any interests coming from social media.
- Handling sales of items like healthy snacks, water, protein shakes and such.
- Closing out register at the end of the shift.
- Checking all isles for any discrepancy and fixing it.
- Adding items on racks/rows.
- Pricing items.
- Assisting customers in need.
- Handling newly arrived items from bay.
