the construction, Roads & Infrastructure as per Standard/Project Specifications and conforming to International Standards /Codes (ASTM, ACI, API, ASME, AASHTO, BS, BSEN, DIN, ISO, ISRM and CIRIA inspection of incoming materials Maintaining Material Inspection Record (MIR) as per contract requirements. Managing Third party inspection, testing and calibrations, where required. Scheduling, monitoring, witnessing and reporting.
Attending/involving of QMS auditing for Quality Management System ISO: 9001:2015 Requirements.
Evaluated and analyzed non-conformities in the work to formulate KPI as well as to decide the optimum corrective and preventive actions/measures, Determine track and report QC related KPI
Maintain best practices in Testing and Commissioning, Civil snagging and tracking.
Planed, designed and executed project handing over procedure and ensured both the client requirements and satisfaction are achieved.
Monitor the preparation process of O & M manuals and as built drawings till it is handled over to the end user.

Reviewing, Approving & implementing of all kinds of Quality related documents like: - Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP’s), Inspection Test Plan (ITP’s), Sub-contractor Prequalification, Material Submittals (MS) and Method Statements (MSS).
Conducting the QA/QC Meetings with the contractor on biweekly basis to discuss and resolve all the site quality related issues. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR s) and Site Observation Report (SOR), when activities deviate from the Contract Specifications or normal Construction industry practices.
Review the corrective actions recommended in non-conformance reports and verifying in the site for the corrective action completed as per the recommendation and Initiate action to prevent the re-occurrence of any non-conformance.
Performing the Weekly Quality Site Walk jointly with the contractor QA/QC Engineer and discussing the site issue in bi-weekly QA/QC Meetings as well.
Performing the Quality Audit (Internal & Second Party Audits) to monitor the contractor performance as per planned audit schedule and Monitoring of the Independent Testing Laboratory activities.

Reviewing the contractor Monthly Quality Dashboard to monitor the KPI of contractor and for client review.

Checking the contractor submitted MIR’s (Material Inspection Requests) at the delivery of each material on the site along with the contractor representative.

Maintaining and recording all calibration records related to equipment allocated for the project and ensure that all such equipment is within the stated calibration period.
Responsible for monitoring and supervising all types of tests on-site and in the laboratory dealing with concrete, asphalt, concrete lining/coating, finishing and soil works according to the contract specifications.
Carryout daily site inspection as per ITR & WIR log. Maintaining and recording all calibration records related to equipment allocated for the project. Material inspection with consultant for project related delivery notes.
Attending weekly meeting which will be contacted by the QC Manager. Factory visit for precast production weather all the works are complying with the project requirements and specification.
