• Manage and handle recruitment requests from departments
• Approvals and documentation compliance from authorized signatories
• Drafting Job title wise job descriptions and recruitment request documents
• Handle Recruitment through Linkedin, Dubizzle and Advertisement sources
• Liaise with Hiring Managers for Pre-interview process compliance
• Managing CVs from the applicants and categorizing data base as per Job titles for current and future openings
• Sourcing candidates as per requirement from referrals, Linkedin, Dubizzle, Gulf news etc.
• Screening candidates and create candidate summary
• Conducting telephonic interviews and arranging interviews as per Hiring Manager’s availability
• Coordinate with PRO and provide Employee documents for Visa processing
• Completing security clearance for candidates to be hired
• Handling all the queries of the employees pertaining Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
• Employee Leave and Attendance management
• Creating Organization charts
• Manage confirmation of probation, performance appraisals, performance management
• Emirates ID compliance, Visa Stamping procedures and Employee file documentation for internal records
• Handle and manage Pre and Post Interview interactions with Stake holders
• Lead the post interview process compliance
• Manage and Supervise CRM and trackers for WTD, MTD productivity analysis
• Completing security clearance and documentation process compliance
• Design and Manage reference checks process
• Delegate and strategize documentation compliance and filing candidate documents
• Manage Offer approvals and handle second level Offer letter and Employment agreement approvals
• Handling all the queries of the employees pertaining Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
• Handling employee database compliance (Both in Soft form and Files management)
• Leaves and attendance management
• Manage Confirmation of probation, performance appraisals, performance management
• Liaising with PRO for Visa process compliance, Emirates ID and Visa renewal and ensure Legal compliance
• Emirates ID compliance, Visa Stamping procedures and Employee file documentation for internal records
• Liaise with Insurance company for medical cards issuance and ensure reimbursement of medical bills for employees
• Plan, Design and implement Employment engagement strategies
• Participate in employee training and development program
• Handle employee conflict and Problem solving and forecast and manage Employee attrition
• Audit and manage HR and Payroll data
• Partnering with Finance on payroll
• Liaise with Department heads on benefits and working heavily on benefits administration
• Work closely with senior leaders to support the implementation of best practices in HR strategy & operations
• Update Policies on Intranet, Handbooks and ER documents
• Organize Employee engagement programs
• Create HR Metrics MTD for stake holders
• Engage in Budgeting and help create Organization Chart for all departments
