Credit Card Department ( Chargeback Staff)
• Resolving Cardholders disputes (e.g. credit card transactions, investigate discrepancies in client accounts by gathering data from all transactions made by the client to the company.
• Checking if the transaction that their disputing
has been credited back to clients account or not.
• Sending documents needed to Master card for the chargeback
Investigation process and checking if documents (VID, Dispute Forms and other documents to support their claims) were complete For us to process chargeback and retrievals.
• Updating MIS, answering emails, record keeping system, sending forms like dispute forms to the client via email.
• Submitting monthly reports on how many emails requesting for reversals, cancellation of cards and others in connection with credit card.
• Updating clients information on the system.
• Forwarding request of clients to the assigned unit who handle those type of request.
