• Call all the potential exhibitors from Europe, UK, South Asia, North & South America, Africa Middle East, Australia and deliver prepared sales pitch, persuade to the right person in-charge over the telephone, convince to book a stand for the event and close deals.

Tasks in Database Administration:
• Generate names and telephone numbers of potential customers from other sources such as international events catalogues, internet researches, telephone directories, business cards, and lists from other shows on the Sales force and Data force systems.
• Manage and consolidates huge data, encode and clean accurately by internet researching, calling to confirm and complete important details, in preparation for e-mailing campaigns for sales and marketing use and always keep updated record whenever data are being requested by the team.
Tasks in Marketing & Other related Activities
• Assist in marketing campaign activities for the event’s VIP conferences, invite guests by calling to confirm their interest and participation
• Guide the visitors to register on-line as part of the Business Matching Program and assure that their preferred schedule were agreed by both parties.
