• Developing presentation Design for preliminary concept.
• Design and Drafting Detail design for preliminary presentation using 3DS Max.
• Attending meetings with clients & Sub Contractors for Progress meetings and updates for the projects.
• Develop progress report to CEO and Client.

Site Supervision, Design & AutoCAD Drafting:

•Site inspection and preparing for temporary facilities and offices.

•Civil & Architectural site construction.

 Site Layout & planning for portable offices &
warehouses.
 Plumbing works & Sanitary Installations.

•Mechanical & Electrical installation of:

 Electrical Cable trays, supports & draw pit chambers.
 Electrical Cable sleeves, ducts & concrete slab/wall openings.
 Electrical Panel Layout, switches, sockets and Lightings.
 Pipe support, concrete plinths for mechanical equipments.

b. Making project progress report and daily site report to the technical manager.

c. Preparing Design & Detailed CAD Drawings, Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation drawings) to be submitted to the Client or Consultant.

d. Document Controller
In-charge of Documentation/Project Dossier of the Proj. GTC
07/134 EPIC of HVAC Back-up & Automatic Switchover Units at Dukhan Fields.

e. Preparing transmittals & compliance statement for drawings and documents as per ISO procedure of submitting documents to the client.

f. Making project progress report to the technical manager.

Site Management and Supervision:

•Site inspection and preparing the branch for demolition and construction with on-going and in operational status.

•Civil & Architectural site construction.

 Site Layout, furniture, and furnishing installations as per approved plans.
 Plumbing works & Sanitary Installations.
 Tile woks, Cabinets, Dry Wall and Dry Ceiling installations.
 Structural construction of additional supports, columns, slabs for expansion.
 Interior, exterior finishing, paintings, glass panels and security equipments.

•Mechanical & Electrical installation of:

 Electrical Cable trays, supports
 Electrical Cable sleeves, ducts & concrete slab/wall openings.
 Electrical Panel Layout, switches, sockets and Lightings.
 Pipe support, concrete plinths for Air
Conditioning Units.

b. Planning & scheduling of manpower & project work activities.

 Responsible for everyday site work execution and manpower disbursement.

c. Interface with technical Consultant/Designer/Manager for project progress matters.

 Making project progress report and daily site report to the technical manager.

d. Cost Estimates & Material Management.

 Preparing material take-off as per approved design drawing.
 Responsible for making technical & financial evaluation of submitted proposals of suppliers.
 Responsible for Testing and Commissioning of installed equipments.

e. Preparing Design & Detailed CAD Drawings, Shop
Drawings, As-Built drawings (Civil, Architectural,
Electrical and Mechanical drawings) to be submitted to
the Client or Consultant/Designer.

a.Design and Drafting and Architectural/Interior Plans.

b.Supervision of Architectural/Interior Plans as well as execution
of the plans approved by the client.
