Outline: LG’s Authorized service centers are using the system to maintain their Inventory Sales and Purchase details of LG spare parts. The Service center maintains the repair data through the system. The system allows the technicians to rent and return spare parts while doing repairs. Various reports based on inventory sales purchase and repairs are generated through the system So that the company (LGME) can keep track of the same.
LG Web-SPX second version of WebSPX was developed for the LG service centers Middle East and African Sub continent. The site has a multilingual Interface and handles multilingual data.
