Project: New Embassy Building of Qatar Emirates.
Client: Qatar Embassy / Washington DC
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety and compliance with U.S. standards.
• Establish creative strategy, budgets and schedules for key design projects.

• Assist the development of design and construction team.
Project: Central Bank of Iraq / Baghdad Zaha Hadid Project

• Leading BIM design teams.
• Attending weekly, monthly design coordination meetings.
• To ensure that the building is modelled precisely in Revit.
• Preparation of 3D images, presentations, purchasing lists and BOQs in Revit.
• Superposing and resolving conflicts of MEP via (Navisworks)
Project: Modernization of Malatya 7. Military airbase
Client: Ministry of Defense Turkey
• Coordination of project with “MEP engineers, Client representatives and Main Contractor company” in liaison
with international codes and standards.
• Ensure that the project progress is in line with the regulations and the requests of the Air Force.
• Monitor, manage and record all stages of design processes.
• Attending the project design management and coordination meetings regularly.
Project: King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Project Phase II Riyadh Zone
Client: Ministry of the Interior, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Reviewed and inspected various architectural submissions including preliminary and shop drawings, mock-ups, finishing materials, method of statements and technical specifications in line with ASTM codes and standards.
• Liaised and consulted with MEP professionals and adapted plans according to changes in circumstances, resolving critical issues that arose from subcontractors.
• Prepared and presented progress reports and optional design proposals to the client. Ensured the project was running to time and budget, supporting the project and team management as a consultant from start to finish.
Project: Head Office and staff quarters for Army Officers.
Client: Defense Intelligence Agency/Ministry of Defense, Nigeria.
• Supervised local contractors via direct labor contracts. Completed engineering and architectural works from start to finish. Prepared tender documents and bided for new proposals.
• Led a team of 9, including structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, land and draftsman as well as quantity surveyors, following British Standards & Codes.
• Responsible for coordinating, organizing and preparing the relevant construction documents and drawings for a Military Head Office and Officer Staff quarters. Inauguration were done by President of Nigeria.
• Managed project expenditure by locating, evaluating and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling
their performances.
Project: GOSI Olaya tween Towers - Multipurpose luxury retail areas.
Client: General Organization for Social Insurance/Ministry of Health, KSA.
• Ensure that Architectural works team updates with other departments, consultant and client.
• Providing support/opinion to the Project Management in the review of subcontractor proposals.
• Preparation of shop drawings, specifications and quantities.
• Follow up the material and workman power in means of architectural finishing works.
Project: Faculty Buildings at Al Feteh University.
Client: Libyan Organization for Development of Administrative Centres (ODAC).
• Guided Site supervisors/Field architects in inspecting the various stages of finishes.
• Provided co-ordination support between Architectural and Engineering disciplines.
• Delivered the project within financial budgets and timely deadlines.
Project: Multifunctional complex consisting of business center, luxury apartments, underground car park, restaurant and retail areas.
Client: Capital Group.
• Managing architectural subcontractors. Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Managed facade installations; curtain walls and aluminum panels in line with SNIP codes & standards.
• Performed inspections & tests of curtain walling, facade and glazing systems.
• Managed high-rise scaffolding and freight / staff hoist for facade works.
Project: Bahcesehir Housing Project Phase I. Client: Mesa Nurol Bahcesehir Joint Venture.
• Worked closely with Construction Manager and provided assistance with site works.
• Recorded minutes of weekly coordination meetings.
